Fan art of Frieren and Flamme during Frieren's training. I was sad Flamme didn't get much screen time in the anime cuz she's a really cool and confident character, but I really enjoyed the glimpses of the past as she takes Frieren on as her pupil, wandering through the streets of some ancient Greco-Roman city some thousand years prior. I tried to illustrate that point in time, taking a bit of inspiration from Greco-Roman art, as well as art deco and art nouveau for an interesting hybrid outside my usual wheelhouse. I hope you enjoy it for its uniqueness!
This only comes as a 12"x18" gloss print. There is currently no metal version of this illustration.
